Triponic — AI Itinerary Builder & CRM for Travel Agencies

Triponic is an AI-powered itinerary builder and CRM built for small travel agencies and independent advisors. Generate day-by-day client proposals in about 60 seconds, manage leads and bookings in one pipeline, and send everything under your own brand.

What Triponic does

How it works

  1. Capture the enquiry. Leads arrive manually, through an embeddable form on your own site, or by pasting the enquiry text and letting the AI parse it into structured fields.
  2. Generate the itinerary. Describe the trip and the AI returns a structured day-by-day plan in about 60 seconds.
  3. Price it line by line. Set percentage or flat markup per component and see cost, markup, and final client price side by side.
  4. Send it under your brand. Export a branded PDF or share a link the traveller opens without an account.
  5. Close and invoice. An accepted quote becomes a sequentially numbered invoice, with automated payment reminders.

Frequently asked questions

What is Triponic?

Triponic is a B2B travel platform that combines an AI itinerary builder with a CRM, quoting, and invoicing system. It is built for small travel agencies, independent advisors, and tour operators who need to send professional client proposals quickly without an enterprise software budget.

How long does it take to create an itinerary?

About 60 seconds. You describe the trip — destination, dates, traveller count, interests, budget — and the AI returns a structured day-by-day plan you can edit, price, and send as a branded PDF or share link.

Who is Triponic for?

Solo travel advisors, agencies with two to ten advisors, host-agency members, and boutique tour operators. Pricing starts at $29 per month for a single seat and scales to $99 per month for ten seats.

Is Triponic white-label?

Yes. Proposals, PDFs, share links, and emails carry your agency branding. The Starter plan includes basic branding with a Triponic watermark; the Pro plan removes the watermark; the Agency plan adds full control over colours, fonts, and branding.

Does Triponic replace my GDS?

No. Triponic sits alongside your GDS. It connects to Amadeus to search live flight availability and syncs PNRs from your queues so booked segments appear against the right client and itinerary automatically.

Which AI model does Triponic use?

Google Gemini. Itinerary generation, lead parsing, document import, and the built-in assistant (Tono) all run on Gemini models.

What does Triponic cost?

Three plans: Starter at $29 per month for one seat and 20 itinerary generations, Pro at $49 per month for three seats and 75 generations, and Agency at $99 per month for ten seats and 250 generations. Additional generation credits are available as add-on packs starting at $9 for 25 credits.

How do I get access to Triponic?

Triponic is currently in an invite-only beta. You apply through the access form on the site and receive an access code once approved.

Can I import my existing clients?

Yes. Clients can be imported in bulk, and the AI document import can read client or booking details out of PDFs, Word documents, and screenshots.

Does Triponic handle invoicing and payment tracking?

Yes. Invoices are generated with sequential numbering per agency and per year, support tax rates and custom terms, and track amount paid against total. Automated reminders go out for invoices that are due soon or overdue.
